Patients must maintain regularly scheduled exams and cleanings and complete all recommended treatment including preventative nightguards. Warranty covers the crown structure for chips, cracks and breakage and does not cover crown replacements required due to poor hygiene, recurrent decay, or root canal therapy.‍
